What a GP can help with online
Common infections, skin concerns, travel health, contraception advice, repeat-medication reviews, general symptoms and signposting. Where a prescription is appropriate, it’s issued after a proper assessment; where it isn’t, you’ll be advised on safe next steps.
When online isn’t right
Some problems need a physical examination or urgent care. Our GPs will tell you honestly when you should be seen in person, and help you get there.
Joined-up care
With your consent we can share relevant information with your own GP so your records stay complete.
A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Our GPs prescribe only when it’s clinically appropriate and safe, following the same standards as an in-person appointment.
