Packaging

  • Plain, unmarked outer packaging — no product names, logos, or condition labels on the box.
  • Medicines are supplied in standard pharmacy packaging inside the outer parcel.
  • Courier labels use a neutral sender name that does not reference your treatment.
  • Most tablet orders fit through a standard UK letterbox where size allows.

Weight-loss injection pens are packed with cold-chain insulation for tracked delivery. Refrigerate on arrival and follow the patient information leaflet.

Private billing

Card and bank statements show a neutral descriptor only — never a medicine name, condition, or “pharmacy” wording that reveals what you ordered.

On your statement you will see SANARA HLTH — not a medicine name, condition, or “online pharmacy” wording that reveals what you ordered.

Email & account privacy

  • Neutral subject lines — e.g. “Your order update” — without naming your condition
  • Full clinical and order details only in your secure patient account

Consultations and health information are confidential, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to staff involved in your care — in line with UK GDPR.

Alternative delivery addresses

Prefer not to receive parcels at home? Select a local Post Office or parcel shop collection point at checkout where available.

You can also use a work address or a friend or family member’s address with their permission — as long as it is a UK address where you can receive the parcel securely.

Coverage & tracking

All UK postcodes including Northern Ireland. Remote areas may take one extra day.

Tracking links are emailed at dispatch and saved in your patient account. If tracking shows no movement after the expected window, contact [email protected].

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged (including warm injection pens), contact us immediately with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange redelivery or replacement where appropriate.
