Online consultations
What to expect from an online consultation
Sanara Health does not provide consultations or medical advice — we are an independent comparison platform. Consultations happen with the regulated online clinic you choose, on its own secure website, with its own clinicians.
A structured health questionnaire
The clinic asks about your health, current medicines, allergies and lifestyle. It usually takes 5–10 minutes and happens entirely on the clinic’s own secure website — we never see your answers.
Review by a registered prescriber
A UK-registered prescriber (doctor, pharmacist prescriber or nurse prescriber) reviews your answers and decides whether treatment is safe and appropriate. They may message you with follow-up questions.
A decision — not an automatic sale
Regulated clinics decline requests that are not clinically suitable, and a legitimate service refunds you if treatment is not approved. If you are approved, the clinic’s own pharmacy dispenses your treatment.
Discreet delivery and aftercare
Most clinics ship in plain packaging within 1–3 working days and offer message-based support with their clinical team afterwards.
How to check a clinic is legitimate
- The pharmacy appears on the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) register — pharmacyregulation.org.
- The prescribing service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, or the equivalent regulator in your nation.
- Prescribers are on the GMC, GPhC or NMC register.
- There is a real UK address and a way to contact the clinical team.
- It never offers prescription medicines without a consultation.
