How it works
Since 2025, UK rules require a real clinical assessment before any prescription medicine is supplied online. We designed our journey around that.
Answer a short, secure set of medical questions online — honestly and at your own pace.
A registered prescriber checks your answers, verifies key details, and may contact you before deciding.
If it's safe and appropriate, treatment is dispensed by our pharmacy. If not, you're fully refunded.
Pharmacist and clinician support continues throughout, with check-ins and aftercare.

Questions
Yes. Sanara Health operates through a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Our GMC-registered clinicians and GPhC registration numbers are published on this site so you can verify them on the official registers before you order.
A named, UK-registered prescriber — a doctor (GMC) or independent pharmacist prescriber (GPhC) — reviews every consultation. Prescriptions are never issued automatically from a questionnaire alone. The prescriber may contact you for more information before making a decision.
No — and you should be cautious of any service that lets you. For prescription medicines, UK rules require a proper clinical assessment. You complete a confidential consultation, a registered prescriber reviews it (and may contact you), and treatment is only supplied if it is safe and appropriate for you.
If a prescriber decides a treatment is not appropriate, it will not be supplied and you receive a full refund for any treatment paid for. You will be advised on safer or more suitable next steps — which may include seeing your GP in person.
Charges appear as “SANARA HLTH” — a neutral descriptor with no medicine names, condition wording, or “online pharmacy” text that reveals what you ordered. Your receipt and order details are in your secure patient account and order emails.
When you confirm your order, your bank may see a temporary authorisation. Your card is charged when your order is approved and dispatched — not while the prescriber is still reviewing your consultation. If your order is declined clinically, the charge is cancelled or refunded.
Yes. Plain, unmarked outer packaging — no product names, logos, or condition labels on the box. Courier labels use a neutral sender name that does not reference your treatment. Courier tracking shows a neutral sender where possible. Your patient portal and order emails do not name your condition in subject lines.
Approved orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders approved after 3pm or at weekends dispatch the next working day. You receive tracking by email when your parcel leaves the pharmacy.
Yes. Monthly treatment plans can be paused or cancelled from your account before your next billing date. There is no long-term contract. If payment has already been taken and your medicine has been dispensed, we cannot refund that supply — but you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Consultations and health information are confidential, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to staff involved in your care — in line with UK GDPR. Sharing with your GP is optional and only with your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Order emails use a neutral subject line. Your condition is not named in the subject or email preview — log in to your account for clinical details. Confirmations are sent from [email protected]. For full clinical details, log in to your secure patient account.
Weekly injection plans start from £115 per month for GLP-1 starter doses, with dual-action pathways from £149 per month. All-inclusive pricing covers prescriber review, pen, needles, sharps bin, and delivery. See our weight loss injections page for every dose tier.
