We don’t do questionnaire-and-checkout prescribing. Here’s the journey, designed around the safeguards UK regulators now require.

Confidential online assessment
You complete a secure medical questionnaire covering your history, current medicines and goals. It takes a few minutes and is treated in confidence.

Independent prescriber review
A registered prescriber reviews your answers and independently verifies key details — which may include a two-way conversation, checking records, or contacting your GP. A questionnaire on its own is never enough.
- 03
Discreet supply if suitable
If treatment is safe and appropriate, it’s prescribed and dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy — in plain packaging with private billing. Approved orders before 3pm Mon–Fri dispatch the same working day. If it isn’t right for you, it won’t be supplied — and you receive a full refund.

Support that continues
You stay connected to our pharmacist and clinical team for check-ins, dose reviews and aftercare for as long as you’re with us.
