Sanara Health was founded by a group of UK specialists — a consultant ophthalmic surgeon, a GP and a pharmacist — who watched online healthcare race towards "questionnaire and checkout" and decided to build the opposite.
We believe online care can be both genuinely convenient and genuinely safe — but only if real clinicians make real decisions. So every assessment here is reviewed by a named, registered prescriber. Treatment is supplied only when it's appropriate. And when it isn't, we say so and refund you.
That costs us sales. We're fine with that.
Our standards
Every clinician is GMC- or GPhC-registered, with numbers displayed so you can verify them yourself. Our pharmacy operates under GPhC regulation, and our health content is medically reviewed by named clinicians under our editorial policy. We never advertise prescription-only medicines, never incentivise prescribing, and never supply without proper assessment.
