A reusable, microwavable warming eye mask filled with natural flax seed. Heated for around 30 seconds and worn over closed eyes for 10 minutes, it holds therapeutic warmth (~40°C) far longer than a flannel — softening the blocked oils in the eyelid (meibomian) glands that cause evaporative dry eye, and supporting management of blepharitis, styes and chalazia. How to take

Heat in the microwave per the leaflet, check temperature on the inner wrist, place over closed eyes for 5–10 minutes, then gently massage the lids towards the lashes. Use daily for two weeks, then a few times weekly to maintain.

Do not overheat — risk of burns. Check the temperature before applying. Do not use over open wounds or after recent eye surgery without clinical advice. Follow the manufacturer’s leaflet.
