Low testosterone assessment

Blood-test-led review for men with symptoms of testosterone deficiency — treatment and monitoring only where clinically confirmed.

from £109 / month

Test before treating

Low mood, fatigue and low libido have many causes. We confirm testosterone levels with proper blood testing before any treatment is considered.

TRT is not suitable for everyone and requires ongoing monitoring. Your prescriber explains benefits, risks and alternatives.

Common questions

What symptoms suggest low-T?

Fatigue, low libido, low mood and reduced muscle mass — but these are non-specific, which is why blood tests matter.

FAQs

Low testosterone & TRT — common questions

General information only. Your prescriber confirms what is safe and appropriate for you.

Do I need a blood test before TRT?

Yes. Testosterone replacement is only appropriate when blood tests confirm low levels on at least two occasions, usually with symptoms. We offer at-home kits or can work with recent GP results where suitable.

What symptoms might low testosterone cause?

Possible symptoms include low mood, fatigue, reduced libido, erection difficulties, and loss of muscle mass — but these have many other causes. Tests before treatment are essential; we do not treat on symptoms alone.

How is testosterone treatment given?

Formats include gel, injection, or capsule depending on what suits you clinically. Your prescriber explains application, monitoring, and fertility implications before you start.

How often will I need monitoring?

Regular blood tests check testosterone level, blood count, and prostate markers as appropriate. Expect review every few months initially, then at least annually when stable.
