How the calculation works
Total = initial assessment + first month + (later monthly price × remaining months) + (monthly delivery × number of months) + other charges across the period. The monthly average divides that total by the number of months.
For an illustrative three-month quote with a £20 assessment, £80 first month, £100 renewals, £5 monthly delivery and £15 in other charges, the total is £330. This is an example, not an offer.
What if the treatment price changes?
This planner assumes a fixed renewal price. If costs change during the period, ask the provider for a schedule and use the average treatment charge across the later months. Add any separate monitoring costs under “Other charges”. Do not assume a starting price covers a whole course.
Before you choose
Check the service’s registration, suitability assessment, follow-up arrangements, access to help, delivery terms and cancellation policy alongside the cost. Ask for written terms when a first-month offer, renewal price or subscription changes.
A low starting quote is not a full-course quote. If future charges depend on the plan, request a schedule rather than assuming the same renewal figure each month.
