# Privacy notice

Sanara is an information and comparison site. We do not run medical consultations or receive the health answers you give to a clinic. We do receive messages you send us, and our website host may process technical visit data.

## Who is responsible?

Sanara Health is operated by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 17250017). The company is the controller for information sent to Sanara. ## What information reaches us?

If you email us, we receive your address, message and anything you choose to include. Please do not send medical records or symptoms to Sanara; contact your clinician for care. Our hosting provider may process technical requests, such as IP address, browser details and page requests, to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently connect a third-party analytics or advertising tracker in the site code.

The cost planner calculates in your browser. Its entries are not submitted to Sanara. If you use an external provider link, that provider’s site has its own privacy notice and may collect information from you there.

## Why do we use it?

We use enquiries to answer you and correct the site. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the publication, except where another lawful basis applies to a particular request. Essential hosting and security processing supports delivery of the site and protection against abuse. We do not use your enquiry to make a clinical decision.

## Cookies, analytics and affiliate links

No optional analytics service or affiliate tracking is active on Sanara at present. A link marked * may lead to another organisation, but Sanara currently receives no commission from that click. That organisation may use its own cookies after you leave our site. If tracking is activated in future, this notice and the site’s consent controls will be updated first. ## Sharing, storage and retention

Our hosting and email providers handle the technical data needed to run the site and deliver messages. A clinic you choose receives information directly from you, not through Sanara. We keep correspondence only while needed to answer, handle a correction or meet a legal obligation; technical logs follow the host’s retention settings. Ask us if you need the period for a specific message. Providers may process data outside the UK under their own applicable transfer arrangements.

## Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, or object to certain processing. Other rights may apply depending on the circumstances. You can also complain to the [Information Commissioner’s Office](https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/). For clinical records held by a provider, contact that provider directly.
